Filipa Pato inherited Bairrada's rebel spirit from her father—and added precision. One of Portugal's most acclaimed young winemakers, Dinamica is her statement: authentic wines without makeup, as she says. Bical and Arinto varietals, biodynamically farmed on Atlantic clay-limestone, fermented with ambient yeast, partly in steel, partly in French oak. The result tastes like salt air, limestone, white flowers, honest mineral tension. Medium- to full-bodied, textured yet subtle, round and vibrant, with stone fruit carrying through in the finish. Expressive and energetic.
