Lalu Langhe Nebbiolo 2024

The 2024 Lalù Langhe Nebbiolo is a highly regarded, organic, and approachable red wine from Piedmont, Italy, crafted by duo Lara Rocchetti and Luisa Sala. They met while studying at the renowned University of Pollenzo – italy’s top university for Gastronomical Science. Their thesis was on designing a carbon-neutral winery. After gradauting, they each travelled abroad to gain experience with winemaking. Including Trediberri, Reva, and Conterno-Fantino in Piedmont and Domaine Lafon in Burgundy.

A fragrant and lifted bouquet of rosehips, rhubarb, and crushed red berries. On the palate, it delivers a focused core of wild strawberry and raspberry fruit supported by a cool, mineral edge. 100% Nebbiolo is fermented with partial whole cluster and aged in concrete/oak, offering an elegant "mini-Barolo" style
