A Garnatxa-dominant blend with 25% Syrah and 10% mixed Carinyena, Merlot, and Cabernet • sourced from granitic sand soils (unusual in Montsant) with large diurnal/nocturnal temperature shifts that favor long ripening • fermented in concrete with some whole berries • raised primarily in concrete (60%) with the remainder in 300-4000L neutral oak
