Santa Maria al Monte is a bold, 40% ABV Italian amaro from Liguria, originally developed by Franciscan monks in the 19th century. It features a complex blend of over 30 botanicals—including gentian, rhubarb, and spearmint—macerated in alcohol and aged for one year in oak barrels.
