Cantina Furlani Altopiano Orange

A delicious, easy-drinking orange wine made of 100% organic Müller-Thurgau with 25 days on the skins. De-stemmed and very softly pressed (pneumatic). Spontaneous fermentation, aged in stainless steel on the lees until the April after harvest, without filtering or fining, and with no SO².

Light-bodied with white flowers and fresh herbs on the nose. On the palate it denotes peach, tangerine, papaya, lemon, green apple and a crisp, refreshing acidity making it ideal for an aperitif but also goes well with fresh salads, light pasta and grilled fish.
