Dewey's Light Roast Merlot 2023

100% Merlot. We divvied up the grapes, pressing half as a rosé, the remainder as a red, and in the end blending them back for a crunchy, juicy (yes, chilled) light red expression. Pop-in-your-mouth flavors of juicy plums and fresh red cherries, backed by a hint of mild baking spice. It is a minimal-intervention red wine produced by Dewey's Wines from the North Fork of Long Island.
