The 2023 Bourgogne Rouge includes 50% whole bunch because the fruit was very ripe and they wanted to impart more freshness. It has a pretty blackberry- and briar-scented bouquet. The palate is medium-bodied with a white pepper-tinged entry, a keen line of acidity and a grainy-textured finish. Fine.
