This Dolcetto has a lovely light extraction, focusing on the fruit and freshness. Crunch red berries and a hint of herbal and earthy savoury notes make the wine come alive both on the nose and the palate. Reminiscent of high-quality Gamay, but with that Italian edge to bring you back down to earth.
