White wine from the combination of Catarratto with Caricante improves the fullness and complexity and balance of acidity. Alongside the elegance that this wine expresses, notes of considerable aromatic complexity emerge with mineral sensations that come from the volcanic soil. Bright yellow/straw color and is fresh with savory aromas of saline, white pear, citrus pith, and stony earth. Medium-bodied, it has a chalky texture, with citrus pith and a clean finish. Great with grilled fish.
