Maison Pierre Sparr was established by the Sparr family in 1680 in the desirable Haut Rhin region of Alsace, FranceAll their grapes are sustainably farmed. 80% Pinot Blanc, 20% Pinot Auxerrois

The palate is light and frothy, with easy freshness.  Dry and medium-bodied, with pronounced flavors of crisp citrus, Asian pear, red apple, stone fruits, melon, and a hint of bread dough. With time in the glass, it opens further to a complex sparkling brut, finishing with a long finish.
