100% Criolla from Mendoza, Argentina; fermented and aged in stainless steel and concrete, no oak; clear light cherry red color, light bodied, fruity, and deep, with bright fresh red cherry and subdued bark upfront, mushroomy earth, toasty and round on the nose, but a very light palate, loves air and doesn’t get tinny after sitting in a glass for a half hour.
