Left Bank Byron 750ml
This single-estate hard cider comes from Left Bank Ciders, Greene County’s first cidery, housed in a 19th-century building in Catskill, New York. Founders Tim Graham and Anna Rosencranz began by pressing castoff farmers’ market apples by hand in Brooklyn, then built their cidery around the wild apple trees they found hiking the Catskill Mountains.
Where many of their ciders blend foraged fruit from across the region, this bottling draws from a single estate, offering a focused expression of one site. Like all of Left Bank’s ciders, it is slow-fermented in the building’s naturally cool underground cellar and bottled unfiltered, in the dry, complex style the cidery is known for.
A natural choice for wine lovers, it shines at the table with cheese, roast pork or autumn harvest dishes.
