DeForville Barbaresco 2022

The 2022 De Forville Barbaresco is a traditional, full-bodied Nebbiolo wine from Piedmont, Italy, known for its high acidity, powerful yet balanced tannins, and complex aromas of cherry, plum, truffle, earth, rose, and leather. While it drinks well now with savory red fruit notes, its structure suggests it will benefit from aging in the bottle. The wine is made from grapes grown in the Barbaresco commune and ages for two years in wooden casks before bottling.
