Buisson Bourgogne Blanc 2023

Domaine Henri & Gilles Buisson Chardonnay from the stunning Bourgogne region entices with its elegant balance and vibrant character. A true expression of its terroir, this Burgundy White wine delivers a delightful experience that embodies the essence of classic Chardonnay.

The new vintage brings fairly little change with the wine still being a mix of young vines from the northern side of Saint-Romain and purchased fruit from their friends at Domaine Guillot-Broux in the Maconnais (practicing organic since 1954). The wine is then aged for a year without racking in used 228-liter barrels. This wine is perfectly balanced and some of the greatest value in Burgundy.
