Dominique Lafon's trailblazing, biodynamic Mâconnais domaine.  Dominique was one of the first Cote d’Or producers to invest in the potential of these higher altitude, limestone-rich, old vine parcels. This entry-level bottling includes Chardonnay grapes from Viré-Clessé, Uchizy & Viré. The grapes are pressed as whole clusters, fermented in large, upright wooden foudres, then aged six months. Medium-bodied, bright and precise, layered with notes of lemon curd, ripe yellow apple, crisp pear, and a gentle, saline mineral edge.
