Brevis White Vermouth is a premium, artisanal fortified wine crafted by Klocke estate, an "earth-to-glass" brandy distillery and culinary destination located in Claverack, New York (just outside the city of Hudson). Meticulously developed by head distiller Caleb Gregg, the "Brevis" line is the result of years of recipe testing aimed at highlighting the unique terroir of the Hudson Valley.
