This is the Bordelet cider we drink most often. Since pears have more acidity than apples, this fresh-tasting, delicious sparkling cider has more of a wine-like character to it. It has a just the faintest trace of sweetness, with robust pear scents and gregarious pear flavors. A delightful lower-alcohol option.
