Branchwater Farms is, in the producer's own words, no "just a distillery but an integrated group of micro-farms, all cultivated in accordance with organic and regenerative farming principles." Kevin and Robin tend to both the pot still and the crops, as well as a couple hundred ducks! This rye is 100% grown at Branchwater Farms. Aged in new oak for over 24 months, it is cut with 50% water from their family well before bottling. Savory and full-bodied.
