This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay, from the villages of Vindey and Montgeux, south of the Grand Cru of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs sub-region of Champagne. The wine was conceptualized to highlight the special terroir of the 'Autre-Cru' villages of Vindey and Montgeux, which contribute honeyed citrus and a mineral-driven freshness, respectively. This is the perfect wine to serve as an apéritif alongside soft-ripened, creamy cow's milk cheeses, citrusy raw oysters, or buttermilk battered popcorn shrimp.
