A dry sparkling rosé made in the méthode champenoise that sees no dosage. Made entirely from Cabernet Franc, this red-fruited and lively sparkler is fresh, with fine bubbles and with pleasing herbaceous and toast aromas. Pair with oysters in red shiso mignonette.
