Brigitte Fallon Champagne Grand Cru Brigitte Fallon Blanc de Blancs Millésimé 2015

Characterized by its complex and traditional style. It as exhibiting a seamless quality, with notes of melon, key lime pie, ripe yellow pear, and clementine rind.  It has expressive nature, noting scents of grilled almonds, orange blossom, tangerine, apricot peel, and a spicy finish from barrique aging, alongside flavors of yellow plum, thyme, marjoram, and candied citrus, all culminating in a long finish. The wine is known for its purity of fruit and is recommended to be held for several years to allow for further development of its flavors.  Blanc de Blancs Champagne produced in the Avize Grand Cru region.
