La Spinetta Casanova Rose 2025

Inspired by Provencal Rosés, the Rivetti decided to produce one rosé from their porfolio. The fascinating characteristics of Sangiovese and Prugnolo Gentile, permitted created a wine that shows great character, an intense aroma, and which is very pleasant to drink. It has a floral and fruity bouquet with hints of citrus and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is wonderfully fresh and delicate with satisfying minerality and an all-embracing acidity.

50% Sangiovese, 50% Prugnolo Gentile

Destemming and soft pressing, without overstressing the berries. The must remains in brief contact with the skins in order to obtain an extremely balanced free-run juice. Alcoholic fermentation for about 10 days, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks on its lees for about 3 months.
