Chateau Haut Lariveau Fronsac 2015

A great price for low-intervention Right Bank Bordeaux with a little bit of bottle age to soften.  A dark, brooding fruit profile is lifted by pleasant acidity and characteristic Bordeaux notes of floral, black cherry, graphite and earth. Thanks to aging in mostly neutral oak, it also offers great purity of fruit and silky tannins.  Food Pairing Lamb dishes, burgers, steaks, stews.
