Domaine Maurice Schoech (Cotes Ammerschwihr Pinot Blanc)

Harvested from hillside parcels in the south-facing Katzenstegel vineyard near the domaine. This is a light wine with notes of citrus and bitter almond from its Pinot Blanc and aromas of honeysuckle from its small dose of Muscat. It is the perfect accompaniment to a raclette, a mouclade or an anchoïade.
