Domaine Trapet Alsace A Minima Blanc 2023

The A Minima has tradition at the Trapets. In the Burgundian vineyard, "A Minima" stands for an excellent passe-tout-grains of Pinot Noir and Gamay. In Alsace, Andrée Trapet wanted to juxtapose the red A Minima with a white version. It has been around since 2012. The fruit comes from the Rosenbourg terroir, where a very old Sylvaner, a Pinot, an Auxerrois and a parcel of Gewürztraminer are planted. Andrée decided to add a little Muscat, in the extension of Rosembourg another Muscat coming from the Grand Cru Schoenenbourg. A little Pinot Gris and some Riesling also come from the same sector.
