Grisy Bourgogne Blanc 2025

The Domaine de Grisy Bourgogne Blanc 2025 is an unoaked Chardonnay from Northern  Burgundy, France, specifically the Côtes d'Auxerre subregion. It's known for its crisp, citrusy, and floral character, with a mineral backbone and a touch of creaminess on the finish. The wine is made with minimal intervention (organically farmed) and is often described as embodying the terroir of the region.
