The 2023 Domaine Hubert Lignier Morey-Saint-Denis "Très Girard" is a village-level Pinot Noir from a site characterized by heavier soils at the base of the slope, just below the 1er Cru Clos Sorbé. This vintage is noted for its complexity and density. Hubert Lignier uses a traditional approach, typically including about one-third whole-cluster fermentation for this cuvée, with aging in roughly 20% new oak casks.
