La Croix de Carbonnieux 2023

The wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sèmillon and sees time in oak barrels. In the glass the wine shimmers a delightful mid-gold color. The nose is intense with lovely aromas of white flowers, citrus, grass and vanilla. The palate is textured and well-defined with a lovely raciness balanced by a waxy and creamy mouthfeel. Enjoy with seafood, poultry or comté or goat cheeses.
