Sylvain Cathiard Aligote 2024

A touch of the blend comes from recently planted vines in Nuits St Georges near Vosne. Most recently of it comes from very old vines in the Hautes Cotes. A simple crisp and well balanced Aligoté, with a touch of creamy lime and confit grapefruit pith on the finish. Easy drinking with the right amount of edge to it. Fermented and aged in steel tank and bottled in the Spring following harvest, this is always released a year before the rest of the range.
