The Albariño that is hard to beat! From prize-wining producer, Zarate, comes this classic and impressive bottling from Spain's Rias Bias region. Expect notes of stone fruit, grilled pineapple, and lively lime zest. The Zarate vineyards are farmed biodynamically and live close to the Val de Salnés subzone, which is prized for it's cool climate and proximity to the ocean. These growing conditions create a medium bodied, done-dry, and slightly salty vintage which is balanced and constrained. Pair expertly with oysters or daringly with jambalaya! A staff favorite
