Estate-owned and farmed by Christina’s family, certified organic. Here, the warm pannonian climate in combination with the cool winds from the River Danube provide ideal conditions for this elegant variety to ripen while keeping their hallmark acidity.

Grapes are hand-picked and then divided, with 60% direct pressed and fermented as juice and the other 40% crushed before fermentation with a short 4-day maceration. Malolactic fermentation occurs. Aged 6 months in stainless steel.
