From 65-year-old vines rooted in the sandy, gravelly soils of Apetlon, Velich’s Welschriesling Alte Reben redefines the potential of this often-underestimated variety. Spontaneously fermented in large oak barrels and aged on full lees for a year. All the yellow fruits you'd expect but with the saline flavors that are so original to limestone soils in the Seewinkel region.
