Cabecas do Reguengo Seiva, Alentejo 2018

Made from ancient grape varieties from very old vineyards located on the outskirts of the village of Reguengo, in the Serra de S. Mamede. Varietals include: Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, Aragonez, Castelão. These vineyards were planted in the early years of the 20th century. The altitude varies between 500 and 720 meters. The soil is very old and eroded granite (Ordovician). Yields per strain are very low. Sustainable viticulture.
