Cyclo Finca Torremilanos 2021

An extremely-old-vine field blend of both white and red grapes (95% Tempranillo with the balance in Garnacha and Tempranillo Blanco). Fermented in small cement vats, followed by aging in 225L French oak barrels (75% new) and refined in large 7000L neutral oak casks. As always, Demeter-certified biodynamic. Handsomely attired in the original grape-based artwork of Alfonso Aquirre.
