The Rabatiere is made from 100% Pinot d'Aunis, a local Loire red grape. Light, translucent ruby in color with pristine aromas of red flowers, cherry and fresh earth, this charming red is light bodied with soft tannins and refreshing acidity and a wonderful peppery note on the palate. Enjoy with a slight chill alongside a plate of charcuterie.
