Domaine du Salvard Cheverny Rouge 2023

A juicy blend of 58% Pinot Noir, 40% Gamay and 2% Cot, made by the Delaille family in the Loire Valley. The grapes are sustainably farmed on sandy clay and limestone soils, and fermented in stainless steel. This is a fresh-fruit forward bottling with notes of tart cherry and ripe raspberry, hints of spice and minerality, and a smooth, refreshing finish. Easy-drinking and great with a slight chill - try it with roast chicken, charcuterie, grilled salmon and mushroom dishes. Imported by Kermit Lynch.
