An orange pet nat made in the Hudson Valley with Finger Lakes grapes. Bright and bubbly with notes of apricot and peach. Muscat bottled in the petnat style - meaning it's not quite as full-on, hard-core sparkling as, say a prosecco. It also sees a bit of skin contact... two weeks to be exact. That imparts additional grapefruit pithy flavor in addition to the usual orange blossom notes you expect from the grape. Let it warm up a bit right out of the fridge for maximum enjoyment.
