H Lignier Chambolle Musigny Les Bussieres 2023

Les Bussières sits right on the border of Morey-Saint-Denis. The Lignier family exploits just under a half-hectare of vines which were planted between 1948-1988. This red wine is all about elegance and mineral precision with mid ruby colour. Despite being adjacent to Morey, this has a very Chambolle perfume, generous red fruit with some violets. Definitely some tannins thereafter, with deep cherry notes. Perhaps a little more like the wilder side of Morey on the palate
