The Nuit-Saint-Georges Les Poisets is a village-level Pinot Noir produced from a small, .34-hectare plot of old vines. Positioned just below the prestigious Premier Cru "Les Cailles," this site features vines planted as far back as 1947, contributing to a wine known for its depth and structure.

A  bouquet featuring cranberry, blackberry, and iris flower, with subtle hints of bay leaf and orange zest. Medium-bodied with "finely chiseled" tannins. It shows dark cherry and raspberry fruit tones with a gentle grip and a touch of caramel on the finish. True to the Nuits-Saint-Georges style, it is considered a savory and robust red with a firm, slightly rustic structure that rewards aging.
