Jour de Soif Bourgueil 2023

100% Cabernet Franc grown on clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested, the grapes are sorted and de-stemmed and fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged 6-8 months in stainless steel tanks and bottled unfiltered. Displays dark fruit, soft tannins, a refreshing finish, and good mineral component. A quaffable red that pairs well with roasted poultry, Mexican spices, and hearty stews.
