Brevis Bittersweet Vermouth (Klocke Estate)

Klocke Estate’s newest Vermouth selection designed to integrate with other spirits in cocktails. Of course, that doesn’t mean it’s not delicious enjoyed on its own, on the rocks with a twist.

Rich garnet.  The nose is full and complex. Forward notes of Cola, black cherry, sasparilla with menthol, conifer, and slight wood smoke.  The finish is long and complex with a lasting pleasant bitterness.
