The 2021 La Raia Gavi Riserva Vigna Madonnina is a biodynamic, 100% Cortese white wine from Piedmont, Italy. It is aged for one year on fine lees in stainless steel, offering a complex, rich, and savory profile with notes of apricot, apple, and flinty minerality. This, one of only four Riserva examples in the zone, features 20-year-old vines and pairs well with seafood.
