Linc's Midnight Rose

This dark, vivid rosé is made by Linc’s Winery, a micro winery in Elizaville, in the Hudson River Region. Founder Linc Duffy spent more than a decade making wine on his own before opening the winery in 2022.

It’s 100% Chambourcin, a French hybrid red grape, which gives it a much deeper color than most rosés. Black cherry, wild strawberry and a hint of rustic earth lead on the nose. The palate is bright with cherry and strawberry, plus a sweet, herbal touch of red licorice that gives it a little more depth.

This is a rosé for any season. Pour it with barbecue ribs, roast chicken or spicy dan dan noodles.
