50% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre grapes. The Grenache and Syrah grapes come from the sheltered vineyards located between the Pyrenees and the Cevennes. The Mourvèdre grapes come from vineyards located in the cooler climate of the Mediterranean coast. The grapes are aged in French and American oak barrels for a long time. Only a small part of the Mourvèdre grapes rests on the skins to obtain an extra fruitiness. After fermentation, the wines are aged separately for 6 months, after which the perfect blend is made and the wine matures for a few months in light oak.
