Milenrama is the value-driven project of winemaker Ruth de Andrés, whose credentials include oenology and chemistry degrees earned in three different countries, along with hands-on experience at top estates in Bordeaux and the Penedès. Working alongside her sister Ana on the shoulders of the Sierra de la Yerga in eastern Rioja, her guiding philosophy is simple: vinos buenos, bonitos y baratos — good, honest, inexpensive everyday wine. The fruit for this bottling comes from gobelet-pruned Tempranillo vines averaging forty years old, grown on gravel over clay-limestone soils at 300–500 meters, all hand-harvested and vinified with care.

This 100% Tempranillo shows a beautiful purple color with classic varietal character — blackberry, redcurrant, and licorice on the nose, carried through on a fruity, fresh palate with a clean, medium-length finish. Left unoaked to preserve its youthful energy, it stays juicy, vibrant, and true to the fruit.
