On the palate, it’s vibrant and tensile, with a sleek, mineral-driven core balanced by a gentle, rounded mid-palate. Flavors of green pear, quince, and citrus oil glide into a saline, mouthwatering finish. The texture is both energetic and lightly creamy, carrying freshness and depth in equal measure.
