The first direct collaboration between two Caribbean distilleries, Probitas pairs Foursquare's meticulous Barbadian pot and column still rums with Hampden Estate's high-ester Jamaican pot still funk. The Green Label ups the ante with more aged stock, higher proof, and a bolder Hampden marque — colored (not sweetened) with in-house caramelized sugar.

Deep amber in the glass, with rich fig, caramel, brown butter, and vanilla on the nose, plus pineapple, orange peel, and banana. The palate is bold yet balanced: brown sugar and caramelized pineapple, structured tannins, and a bright citrus finish.

A high-proof, dry, funk-forward dark rum built for both sipping and serious cocktails.
