This blend of Grillo, Inzolia, Grecanico Dorato, and Moscato represents the winery's mission to honor Sicilian tradition while making wines of undeniable contemporary appeal. 

The organic/biodynamic farming shines through in the wine's vibrant purity, while the deliberately blended approach allows each variety to contribute its own character to the whole.  A “fruit salad” of native grapes bursting with a chalky pineapple flavor and a mouthwatering acidity. The nose is redolent of orange blossom and wild sage, aromatics that may just transport you to the sun-drenched landscape of southeast Sicily.
