Sinpatch Vodka comes from Tenmile Distillery, an independent distillery located in Wassaic, New York. Prioritizing small-scale, local production, Tenmile sources their grain from farmers within a 30-mile radius of their distillery in the Hudson Valley. The actual mash bill is 80% wheat and 20% malted barley. The malted barley adds depth and complexity to the spirit - while the wheat provides the backbone, texture and a hint of vanilla on the finish with what they describe as a 'cereal sweetness.' Clean and ultra-smooth, it's perfect for a Vodka Martini paired with New York made Method Vermouth.
