Sotol Por Siempre, Sotol Don Celso

Sotol Por Siempre and Sotol Don Celso are the same craft spirit brand from Chihuahua, Mexico. Produced by the Jacquez family in Janos, Chihuahua, the brand introduced the name Sotol Don Celso to honor their late master distiller, Don Celso Jacquez. It continues to be widely distributed internationally under its original name, Sotol Por Siempre.

Unlike tequila or mezcal, sotol is distilled from the wild-harvested Dasylirion (desert spoon) plant rather than agave.
